Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, develop, and manage the performance of outside sales executives (account executive)
• Provide relevant updates and reporting
• Actively use our CRM System to manage sales process, forecast sales, and set standards for performance metrics
• Define, measure, and reinforce the best practices in selling and cultural behaviors
• Motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success
• Identify and groom future leaders of the organization
• Spend the majority of your time in the field with a hands on management approach
How success is measured in this role:
• Overall team performance and per-rep productivity
• Sales Executive development (ramping and on-going improvements)
• Team and leadership development
• Talent retention
• Recruitment and hiring
Requirements: • 2+ years outside sales management experience, preferably in a transactional selling environment
• Consistent record of outperforming individual and team goals
• Demonstrated career progression within at least one company
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
