Advantages
• The main body and lid are casted with qualith alloied aluminum, the drum is made if aluminum board, and the total weight is less than 12 kg.
• The sterilizer diameter of the drum is 26cm, the drum depth is 26cm, and the volume is 14 liter.
• A safety valve of 0.14MPa operation pressure is settled on the lid, by which, the sterilizer will be safe and reliable.
• It is equipped with three graduated pressure gauge, exhausting valve and rubber washer.
• It can be heated with many heating resources as electric stove, oil stove, gasoline stove or coal stove, etc.

Ways of usage
Placing:
Place those that waited for disinfection on the sieve board in the drum, well-packed, in order and with space each other, so as to let the steam passing thoroughly with better disinfecting effect.
Watering:
Pure three liter of water into the body, after each time of disinfection, add more water, in case of accident
Sealing:
Put the sterilizing drum into the main body, the insert the soft tube on the lid into the tube aside of the drum, correcting the lid to the screw of the body, turn gentlely the winged screws fixedly, and seal the lid with the body tightly.
Heating:
Settle this sterilizer on the heating resource. As the heating is started, turn the exhausting valve to the vertical (open) place to let out the air inside the contained. When the air comes out in a hurry way, turn the valve to the level (close) position. As the heating goes on, the growing pressure may be shown on the gauge (the heating resource should be about 4000kw, if higher, the safety valve will not be safe). While electric heating, the sterilizer should be grounded to prevent electric shock.
Disinfecting:
When the pressure reaches the needle grade, a lower heating resource should be immediately adjusted. For a steady temperature. Meanwhile, the length of time may be controlled upon the materials or packings inside the container.
Drying:
To those that need a quick dry, you can, after disinfection, at once open the exhausting valve and let out the air inside the drum, when the pressure gauge shows zero, and one or two minutes later, keep opening the lid and go on to heat for then or fifteen minutes.
Cooling:
When you disinfect the glass bottles with liquid inside. Do not exhaust the air as soon as the disinfect is over, otherwise, the liquid inside will boil, overfill of break the bottle, Thus, cool the sterilizer naturally by putting it apart from of cut off the heating resource until the gauge shows zero, exhaust the air a few minutes later, and open the lid.
Notices And repairment
• Check whether the water in the container is around three liters before each operation.
• In each disinfection, open the valve firstly to let out the air otherwise, there will not appear the needed sterilizing effect.
• When disinfecting the bottled liquid, do contain the liquid with a hard heat-resist glass bottle with one fourth space. Fill the bottle mouth with cotton bandage and tie it on the bottle neck, avoid of using holeless rubber cork stopper. It will be better to place the bottle in a larger porcelain or metal box, in case of the influence to other materials when the bottle is broken.
• The materials with different quality of requirement (dressing and liquid, etc) should not be sterilizer together, avoiding of an unnecessary lost.
• As the heating is going on, try to make the flame heating the middle part of the bottom, instead of a larger scale of flame which will hurt the painting on the body wall. Thus, place an iron board with a 30 hole on the coal stove while heating.
• When the disinfection is over, and the lid can not be opened even the pressure gauge shows zero, open the exhausting valve to let in the air, and it will be easy to open the lid.
• After a long time of using and when the pressure gauge can not show a correct information, a in-time testing in required. Compare this repaired one with those norm gauge, and replace it with a new one, if it still work incorrectly.
• Keep the sterilizer clean and dry when not in usage, so as to gain a longer operation time.
