I learned english from book's I read, but most of it I watch movie. that's how I learned, but till now I can't say that I'm good at it.

Since I was little, I were trained by my mom American English. British English when I was in Primary School (since today's curriculum is British Curriculum) .

ok i'm good at english (i think /swt) bcoz of these things ;

-lots of playing games
-tons of dvds
-browse wikipedia often ( go for random article )
-read english newspapers

well. i learned english even before i had a proper one at school.. mostly it came from watching lots of American TV series (back then in the 90's we still have the so called subtitles instead of this lousy indonesian dubbing).

Oh yeah playing RPGs frequently might help u as well..

Well I don't have any special in mastery English but uh
I pretty agree those above said that watching american film, I mean English Language film can help a lot too either playing games. Because most of the RPG games is in English

For the basic maybe you can take course or learn it from books, with teacher or autodidacs. then for the next step you may try learn it from film you watched, try to listen carefully without any text/ translation. that helps a lot. You can too, joining some speaking English community, in the Real media likes club etc or in Internet Media likes forum, especially using-English forum.
