Qualifications:
* At least Master degree in management with overseas studying and working experience;
* 3 years or above working experience in management in a multi-national company;
* Excellent communication skill and good command in English;
* Skill in establishing and maintaining effective and good relationship with the team and customers. Skill in independent problem-solving;
* Self-motivated, patient and professional, experienced in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong sense of responsibility; capable to solve different problems independently and work under pressure;
& Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Experience in a collaborative team environment, delegating workload and responsibilities;
* Knowledge of customer service techniques and principle;
* Be able to travel and self starter.
* Good knowledge of different types of visa and application process;

* Manage the day-today operations of the company in compliance with Standard Operations Procedure;
* Develop, coordinate and implement first-class services;
* Liaise with governments, organizations and companies;
* Contribute to strategic planning and implementation thereof;
* Strategic responsibilities for commercial developments, developing turnover and gross margin, increasing market share and be in charge of new commercial developments
* Maximize productive efficiency within the company;
* Ensure the quality of customer service;
* Improve on Employer’s current delivery and reporting processes;
* Ensure appropriate communication channels exist between the staff and customers
Keep customers information confidential;
* Follow up other activities in other cities;
* Other tasks as required.
