Pada periode ini, training akan dilaksanakan setiap hari senin s.d kamis sebanyak 16x pertemuan dari tanggal 6 Desember 2010 s.d 30 Desember 2010 dengan pilihan shift sbb:

- Shift-2: 13.00 - 15.00 WIB
- Shift-3: 16.00 - 18.00 WIB
- Shift-4: 20.00 - 22.00 WIB
