Bare is dedicated to providing organizations with key information regarding customer and employee satisfaction, perception and loyalty.
We are starting a very big research project in Indonesia for a world famous mobile phone brand, for 2008. This project takes place every month, we need to recruit mystery shoppers nation wide to join our project to work as a surveyor, major cities including: Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Denpasar, Kuta, Medan, Semarang.
The applicant selection will be made and end before June 2008. The sooner you apply the bigger possibility you will get a shop to visit.
As a Customer Service Evaluator/ Mystery Shopper: What you will do is very significant to our clients since your feedback could help them to better their customer service quality.
Job Descriptions:
• You will be assigned to visit a shop
• You need to “pretend” to be a normal potential customer who is looking for a particular service or product
• You will then finish an on-line questionnaire to share with us your customer experience
Requirements:
• 19 Years old or above
• Can speak local language well
• Can read and write English
• No experience needed
• Like Shopping
Job pay:
You will get 94,815-135,450 IDR for each assignment.
Most of the time you will only need to spend 20 minutes on the visit.
