Let me start:

Idiom: In the First Place

Meaning: Sejak awal

Example: I have told OBAMA in the first place that I don’t rape her daughter!!!

exempli gratia: The world is ready to face the end of days.

Means : fair; not particularly good. (lumayan, ga begitu bagus...)
Example :

A: "How're you doing?"
B: "So-so. I've been better, but I've also been worse."

next IDIOM:
