That wouldn't be a solution if the goverment still on an old-styled lens. Making people just to searching for work... that not a solution. In my opinion the govt should give people training or socialization about enterpreneurship. I'm pretty sure this will solve the problem of working opportunities. We should teach people not only searching for job opportunities, but some small business opportunity. About many people do some trade of the street vendor . Still, it is sort of enterpreneurship while they had tried to earn some bit money by themself and not working to anyone. But however it didn't at the right place. But there's so many trade off that force them to do that.
Govt should make some regulation like lending money for those who want to start some small biz but with a proper target so the regulation will work effectively.

I don't think so. Sometimes our government make bad even silly plans. Our educational system is once of the examples.

just like when they throw away those great town masterplan from the Dutch so that they can build one which would generate benefit for themself.

The problem is the lack of law enforcement in our country...

So, I will begin my case.

My mechanism to legalize it:
- Prostitution is made legal with some rules:
1. Use of condom
2. Use of birth control
3. Assurance of health, per month.
4. Limit the deal of intercourse, this is to limit usage of harsh sexual activities such as BDSM.
5. To create a sexual attraction place, because many tourists are attracted with sex tours. A perfect example of these places is Las Vegas.
6. Regular medical check-up for the prostitutes
7. $100/night cost, and $2000 salary, per month.

The arguments would be:
- Why should we legalize prostitution?
--> As an additional resource of income. Indonesia is still poor.
--> Many countries have legalized prostitution, and gets a significant economic growth, for example the United States, Thailand, and the Netherlands.

Prostitutes are not sex slave I mean they do get paid for their services.

But the complication arises when you have human trafficking victims being forced to the prostitution industry. That is modern slavery.

So instead of pointing the gun at the prostitutes the govt should instead deal as harshly as permitted by law to the human traffickers. The govt can never be able to abolish prostitution so instead they have to make sure that no one builds an industry out of prostitution. Prostitution can never be able to be abolished because the demands will always be there but prostitution industry should be destroyed for taking profit from helpless women. Is there any girl who dream about being a prostitute? No they are in it because they are helpless. Prostitutes needs social help not cell.
