Requirements :
[*]Maximum age 40
[*]Minimum education D3 from any university (D1 welcome are to apply)
[*]Have experience as customer service (Precedence)
[*]Fluent in english both oral & written
[*]Have basic knowledge/familiar with phone & internet
[*]Good communication skill & computerize
[*]Has good analytical thinking
[*]Fast learned
[*]Willing to work in shift (max 9pm) and overtime
[*]Discipline and able to work as a team
[*]Honest, discipline, responsible and motivated
[*]Willing to work and handle multinational people
[*]Have big interest in helping people
Responsibilities :
[*]Handle complain/inquiry from customer related to the phone or internet issues
[*]Making report to technician (if necessary)
Benefits :
[*]Basic Salary Rp. 2.650.000
[*]Transport 1 month Rp. 350.000
[*]Overtime Holiday Rp. 200 ++ hundered
