Try something u really know.
For example, if u know a lot about basketball, u should give a speech about it (because ur ideas will continue to appear by itself because u have a lot of knowledge about it).

If u like playing games, maybe u should give a speech about games, how games influence teenagers, how games change the world, how games had become a sport, etc..

Back then, I usually have no problem speaking.......... but actually there's a trick for beginner to speak fluently............

WRITE IT DOWN AND MEMORIZE IT!............pure and simple.........

why dont if you looking for a speech in english , first , type it on computer & use transtool , automaticaly , it will be translate to english
