I thought may be there is some misunderstanding here. When I saw the title : "TOEFL prediction certificate without test", the first time I thought in my mind : whoa, it's interesting. May be it's some kind of little/mini questionary for us in which if we do the questionary we will know a forecasting of our TOEFL proficiency.
