2 Being overdependent on maids and drivers. You're too mollycoddled!
3 Don’t be such a drama queen and complain about every single little thing. Your plight is nothing compared to what the poverty-ravaged people in East Indonesia are facing.
4 Life in Jakarta is tough and it’s a dog-eat-dog world out there, but that’s no reason to be so selfish and to not give a damn about others.
5 Flinging rubbish from a moving sports car on to the streets. Very classy.
6 Boasting about your recent holiday to Barcelona and the pricey pair of Louis Vuitton shoes that you bought in Paris. Seriously? Just keep it to yourself, will you?
7 Following what others are doing or wearing. Just be yourself.
8 Slagging off Jakarta. It may be a chaotic hellhole but it’s still our hellhole.
9 Condemning those who break religious or cultural taboos. Keeping an open mind is crucial.
