Since I'm just starting out in data analytics, I've observed that the field is constantly changing due to the introduction of new tools and technologies. I want to lay a strong foundation, but I'm not sure where to concentrate.
Which tools, in your opinion, are absolutely necessary for novices to learn in 2025, whether for reporting, data cleaning, analysis, or visualization? Are new tools becoming more popular, or should we give priority to tools like Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI?
I'd be interested in hearing your opinions, particularly from people who are currently employed in the field. What was the most helpful to you in the beginning, and what advice would you give someone who is starting over this year?
