Jakarta Governor Joko “Jokowi” Widodo is the choice of the majority of respondents involved in the Centre for Strategic and International Studies’ (CSIS) November survey.

“As many as 34.7 percent of respondents chose Jokowi,” said CSIS political and international relations department head Phillips J. Vermonte on Sunday as quoted by Antara news agency.

The CSIS conducted the survey face-to-face in 33 provinces from Nov. 13 to Nov. 20. The survey involved 1,180 respondents with a margin error of 2.85 percent.

Other names chosen by respondents were Prabowo Subianto (10.7 percent), Aburizal Bakrie (9 percent), Wiranto (4.6 percent), Jusuf Kalla (3.7 percent), Megawati Sukarnoputri(3.3 percent), Mahfud MD (1.8 percent) and Hatta Rajasa (0.6 percent).

Vermonte said 22.8 percent respondents said they had not yet have a presidential choice for the 2014 elections.

The biggest source of support for Jokowi was from Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) voters — 63.6 percent, followed by voters of the Democratic Party (42.7 percent), the Golkar Party (22.7 percent) and the Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party (20.6 percent).

“This findings show that support for candidates from a political party dynasty or oligarchy has continued to slump. Therefore, political parties should open up,” said Vermonte.

I'm optimist that Jokowi will become President of Indonesia :-bd
And yes, he will definitely win the Indonesia 2014 Election \:D/
